by Laurel Creek Homes of Phoenix. Laurel Creek Homes is now building HUD approved
manufactured homes. These homes offer certain many features well above
the industry standard, such features as 30 year shingles, 2”X
4” interior walls, Hardi-lap siding, whisper quiet, balanced
overhead duct heating/cooling system, via heat exchangers. They also
feature an amazing array of both standard options and upgrades to
satisfy the most discriminating home buyer. Factory warranty service is a “hidden” and very valuable standard feature.
